Once registration has been processed, NO REFUND will be given. Credit may be used up to 365 days (1 year) from the original class date.
In order to reschedule, you must contact us at 646-664-6667 or 917-600-0729 or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) during business hours (9am-8pm EST). We will not honor any rescheduling request if we do not have proof that you have attempted to contact us either by phone or email. If you are unable to reach us during business hours by phone, please leave a voicemail or simply send us an email to email@example.com We are open on most major holidays except for Christmas and New Year’s Day. Rescheduling requests made on those holidays will not be counted until the next business day. Please see below for more details.
3 days in advance or more notice: If you contact us within business hours (9am-8pm EST) 3 days or more before the day of your course (excluding holidays listed above), then no fee will incur. Student may only reschedule once within 60 days of the original class date.
1-2 days before the day of the course: If you contact us within business hours (9am-8pm EST) 1 to 2 days before the day of your course (excluding holidays listed above), a $40 fee will apply for BLS and HeartSaver courses and a $75 fee will apply for all other courses.
On the day rescheduling: Student is not allowed to reschedule on the day of the course. Student who does request this will be considered as a NO SHOW. Please see NO SHOW policy below.
Rescheduled more than once: We do not allow rescheduling more than once. We will not refund nor grant credit to student if the student is not able to make it to the rescheduled class unless there are extreme weather conditions or medical emergency which prevents the student from attending the course.
Replacement Card/Misprinted Card
BLS-HCP, HeartSaver First Aid and CPR-AED, Heart Saver CPR-AED, ACLS and PALS replacement cards fee is $35 each.
Student is responsible for the correct spelling of the student’s own name. A student sign in is given at the beginning of each class and student must check to make sure the student’s name on the sign in is correct. If the student fails to notify the instructor at the time of the class that the name is spelled incorrectly, New Life Savers will not be responsible for the misprinting of the card. Student will have to pay the replacement card fee in order to obtain another card.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer a refund once the e-card has been assigned to the student. Please let the instructor know within an hour of training and before e-card has been assigned if you are not satisfied and you will not be charged.
Credit Card Charge Back/Dispute
If a charge is placed in dispute by the student (or the card holder if it is not the student’s card) because the student (or the card holder) do not recognize/recall this charge, the student is responsible for a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the original charges due on the transaction.
Your privacy is very important to us. Any information we gathered from you will only be used within New Life Savers Inc. We do not store any credit card and payment information. The only information stored will be your name, mailing/ billing addresses, phone number, and email. Your information will never be sold to outside vendors. Only our partners have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.
General/Product Liability Disclaimer
Our company is not responsible or liable for the outcome of any emergency situation that involves training that any of our past or present students have received. You agree that our company officers, employees, and representatives will not be held liable for damages arising from the use of its products/training. You agree the maximum liability to our company shall be the price of the products ordered/training received. American Heart Association certifications are issued to individuals that demonstrate understanding of the skill taught to them at the completion of the class.
